Detectives are still looking for at least one gunman in the shooting death of a teenager and young man at the florida mall. Weve been following this story since friday night when it happened outside jc penney. Kathy belich is live now. Reporter thats right. Theyll say the shooting was not random but thats about it. It happened outside the jc penney close to the building just before 7 30 friday night. The store was still opened but no one else was injured. An Orange County deputy was in the store dealing with shoplifters when the shooting happened and got to the shooting within seconds. The two victims were found 100 yards away from one another. Investigators say someone else was involved but wont say anymore. They say it was not a murdersuicide. 20yearold andrew garland who was from south florida was found dead outside a car, 19yearold Samuel Destin survived but died later at the hospital. We checked florida records and neither one of them was in trouble with the law. The Sheriffs Office was called here more than 4,000 times last year. There were violent incidents such as strong armed robberies here but nothing like a double shooting that was deadly. If passed as is the alimony paid out would be based on 25 to 75 of the length of the marriage. So, for example, a 10year marriage would equal of alimony.
