Her exboyfriend 32yearold now a wanted person of interest in her murder pleaded guilty to beating and kidnapping her in 2012. Court documents obtained by fox 25 state that he grabbed miss rosa and pointed a gun at her stomach area and forced her head down into the sofa attempting to suffocate her. She tatsd she tried to get hi started to twist her neck as if trying to snap her neck he kidnapped her and their baby heading to florida when during a stop in new jersey she jumped out and yelled for help. He was recently released after spending four years in prison just this summer rosa modified her protective order against him asking the court i would like tory mover the order for no contact but keep the order so that the defendant and i can do things together as a family. She says she went to the intersection where her daughter was supposed to be dropped off around 2 00 this afternoon that bus was late and when it finally showed up her daughter was nowhere in sight which put her naturally into a panic. Finally the principal got back to her and said your daughter went a different bus and shes going to be dropped off at a different corner th originally she was picked up at. So the mom went down to that corner. The bus came two hours late and thats when things got ugly. When for some reason the bus drive would not let her daughter off the bus.
