Worcester police say as rivera held a machete which he grabbed from he threatened he would cut the other mans head off before he punched him in the face. All this taking place a block away from the high school and with riveras teen age children in his car. Before the confrontation police sayry survey and the other motorists were involved in a road rage incident. After court riveras wife and children wouldnt talk to us. His lawyer told us despite what the video shows the other driver was the real aggressor and rivera was acting in he was defending his kids and himself as best he could. Well see how it works out as far as the court goes as far as selfdefense. He was trying to protect himself and his family.
