Both the mom and the baby are ok. This is 27yearold david brock, hes now charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. The mother called 911 from the balcony of their apartment and stayed there until police arrived. Police took brock into custody at gunpoint. According to Mansfield Police department, the suspect lives in the same apartment as the victim. Mark tonight, an 18yearold is accused of raping a classmate after she was spotted stumbling shoes. Right now, the teen is behind bars. The reporter 18yearold patrick courier is arraigned, accused of raping a fellow student in the woods behind framingham high school. Witness indicated the defendant looked like she was getting raped. The reporter counselors had realized the 17yearolds girl was missing from class before police found her partially naked and disoriented in a swamp appeared to be incoherent, intoxicated, they were able to get out from her that she indicated she did have sex, but that it was some consensual. The reporter cower disputes the statements of the alleged victim and the two witnesses and claims it was consensual and says the alleged victim was on drugs and alcohol. She stated that she doesnt remember the incident at all. The reporter cower was held on 50,000 bail, based on his juvenile record, including warrants and probation violations. Cowers attorney said he had signed himself into a group home for help getting his life back on track. Family members of the suspect asked not to be identified but spoke to fox 25 outside court. Mark Watertown Police have arrested a man for allegedly texting obscene pictures to a teenage boy, Joseph Doucette of waltham, faces charges for sending obscene matter to a minor and enticement of a child.
