But thanks to pine street inn, davis found a place to stay, a support system and the stability to move forward. Hope is very important. And we can go beyond hope. It can be done. It worked out pretty good for me. Hope and tradition are what today was all about, sharing in this annual feast together. The biggest thing when youre homeless is any sense of routine and normalcy and you desperately want to get back to a normal life. Today was also about gratitude for those sitting at the table and for those handing out the plates. A reminder that while the world can be difficult and scary, there are those who want to lift each other up and offer a chance at a better life. Im real happy. Organizers also told me they are very close to ending homelessness among veterans. Right now, theyre finding housing for the remaining 20 veterans who need a home. They also hope to find homes for everyone in need within the next few years. They do great work. A group of boston paramedics being hailed as heroes. Hospital, but by the time they labor. And it was too late to move her. So they delivered the baby in the home. The mother had a difficult pregnancy, there were several complications during the delivery, but fortunately the crew were total pros.
