Saw all of these men on their stomachs in this kind of work zone, an they were reaching down into like a manhole cover. The reporter workers trapped inside a trench in a construction zone, rapidly filling with water after a nearby hydrant started flooding them. Jewel leave watched as the water trench and started flooding the street. The construction workers started backing away. They were totally frantic and screaming and hollering and there were three or four men crowded in the manhole cover at first, and then, i think once the water started just getting a little too out of hand, like they were all completely covered in water, they backed away, waiting for help. As i was Walking Around i caught the faces of a lot of the workers and the men were absolutely inconsolable and weeping and crying and it was just like the most somber, awful atmosphere to walk through.
