Timothy mcshane is charged with reckless homicide and aggravated drunk driving. Police say mcshane was driving his suv when he hit shane stokowski, on the 400 block of North Aberdeen saturday afternoon. The suv drove off. Stokowski was pronounced dead less than an hour later. A 2yearold boy is in Critical Condition after being pulled from a retention pond near montgomery. It happened around 1 oclock yesterday afternoon near fall creek circle. The child was airlifted and taken to loyolya University Medical center. The Kendall County sheriff says there are no indications of foul play just a tragic accident.
