Fitzpatrick and the victim were both taken to the hospital with injuries but are expected to be okay. A man in fitchburg is arrested for allegedly exposing himself to people earlier this week. Michael boyd, who you see right there, is charged with Disorderly Conduct and open and gross lewdness. He was arraigned yesterday morning and is die back in court in december. Maine. The 11yearold suspect has been at a juvenile Detention Center in tennessee since the incident.
