Officials say the man has a history of Mental Illness and pulled a knife on paramedics trying to help him, so Police Stepped in. They say the man swung a knife at an officer, and thats when they opened fire. The officer struggled with the knife off him. He swung repeatedly at of officers with the knife. Unfortunately, the officers had no choice. They fired, and you know, they killed the individual. Kris some Police Officers and two paramedics were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. Broxton police say the young woman was assaulted by a 44yearold man after 12 00. The superintendent of schools saying that the man was known to the teen and had come to school to pick her up. School is supposed to be a safe place. You know, its just heartbreaking. Its sad. Reporter that Sexual Assault suspect is under arrest and behind bars. Superintendent of schools releasing a statement saying in part, quote, the victim is being supported by School Counselors and staff. The coach actually grabbed this boy by his ear in the middle of a game. Middle school coach is accused of abusing one of his players. According to a police report, earlier in month the boys parents say 7 1yearold coach approached their son sitting on the bench during the game and grabbed him by his ear bringing him to a standing position without saying a word and escorted his son to the end of the bench still pulling his ear. Several people saw the incident including the assistant coach, and claimed he was during the game and practice. One of the incidents was brought to be attention of the superintendent and middle school principal. He was removed as coach is is not allowed near the soccer team. The school saying at this time the assistant coach will continue as the coach of the team for the remainder of the season and he will not be present. The parents are not pressing charges against the former coach. The report claims the parents just wanted to have something on incidents.
