Visibility was you can still see some of the fog hanging around. Four miles visibility in milwaukee, worse in madison and janesville. As you can see, the rain is moving in. A little bit in western dane county. This is a little taste of whats to come off toward the west. Look at all that rain near when it is going to make its way into wisconsin, coming up next. Adrienne an auto shop caught fire this afternoon in genesee, thats in waukesha county. Corys auto repair is on wern way. Its part of a multiunit rented space. The fire chief says the owner was working inside when he heard a pop sound. He saw fire and called 911. The unit was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. Unfortunately the owners dog was inside and died. No one else was hurt, but everything inside is a total loss. We still dont know what caused the fire. New information on a serious crash in Sheboygan County this morning. It happened just after 6 00 in the southbound lane at highway 32. The Sheriffs Office says a pickup truck driver lost control, overcorrected and rolled over. No one else was involved in the crash. Flight for life couldnt launch because of fog. Deputies tell us the driver has a father and daughter killed in a car crash. Tonight for the first time, the family releases a statement. 39yearold kevin dalley and his 9yearold daughter emily died friday night in caledonia. Another daughter, hurt in the crash is out of the hospital. Today the family writes in part, quote, we wish to express our gratitude to the individuals that stopped to help at the scene of the accident, the First Responders from caledonia and surrounding areas, and the doctors and nurses at wheaton franciscan all saints hospital. We recognize that this tragedy touches the lives of more than just our family. We are grateful for all of the love and support we have received in these trying times, end quote. The other driver is a 25yearold man from racine. Hes in jail. Police believe he was driving drunk and speeding. He hasnt been formally charged yet. A recount in wisconsin. Tomorrow, the Wisconsin Elections commission will hold a special meeting in madison. 12 news will be there all the that recount was requested by Green Party Candidate jill stein. She has also asked for recounts in michigan and pennsylvania. Hillary clinton staffers intend to participate to ensure fairness. Its a legal right. Its not a big deal. I dont think anybody, secretary clinton or anybody else, thinks that theres going to be profound changes. Its a total waste of everybodys time. Adrienne president elect donald trump is condemning the recount effort. Trump will m county sheriff david clarke in new york tomorrow. Thats according to a Republican National committee official. We dont know if clarke will be offered a position in the trump administration. Clarke isnt making a Public Comment on the meeting. Trump is less than two months away from inauguration day.
