If you have an opportunity to save a life or prevent a serious injury by using a seat belt, or having that seat belt available to someone, i think thats a good reason to have it. So the contractor said they had this permit and that the plan was all along for the building to be demolished and fall on farwell avenue. I cant speak to their understanding of the permit. However that is not at all the , permit that was issued. But a spokesman for new Land Enterprises told me on the phone the debris was supposed to go onto farwell. But they had debris go farther than anticipated. A brick crashed through a dental office window. Windows also shattered at the main entrance of an office building.
