This is where 23yearold kelsey bilicki was first taken her left arm amputated and she her left arm amputated and she, suffered multiple broken bones along with a head injury. I spoke with her sister who told , me amazingly her sister not only survived but is talking. , i feel like i am in a dream right now. Its not really hitting me yet. Haley bilicki says she cant believe her 23yearold sister by a train last week. Her left arm is amputated. Her right femur was broken. And she has a lot of fractured bones everywhere. Kelseys boyfriend, brandon calkins, is now charged after what happened november 14 on the Railroad Tracks in the town of mukwonago. In the criminal complaint kelseys Mother Told Police at , approximate 9 00 kelsey had p. M. , called her stating that , she had been injured by her boyfriend, brandon calkins. That she was trying to walk away and he caught up to her and she had struck her head on a rock. She wanted her mother to come get her at this nearby parking lot. The complaint says it was her mothers belief that when brandon pushed kelsey down, she had actually struck her head on a metal rail, causing a serious injury that required multiple stitches to her for head. Most likely this had caused her to subsequently lose consciousness and fall down on the tracks and be run over by the train. Prosecutors say theyre waiting for the Surveillance Video from the train that hit kelsey to see if it shows how but doesnt remember what is talking now, happen that night. Kelseys strength has given us all so much strength and hope. Kelseys family is asking for continued prayers for her recovery. Her boyfriend is charged with misdemeanors. As Colleen Henry reports, a driver refused to stop for Hales Corners police until he slammed into an oncoming suv in greenfield. A dashcam rolled as a greenfield squad responded to the call and arrived moments after impact in removing three people from the two vehicles prior to the suspect vehicle being engulfed in flames. Police say the two men in the suv suffered injuries that arent lifethreatening. The suspect is a 21yearold milwaukee man. His car was destroyed and he was checked out at the hospital hes. The Wisconsin Elections commission tells us that green Party Candidate jill stein has notified them that she plans to request a recount. She has until friday to do that. She points to several National Reports that she says raise questions about the accuracy of the vote totals in places where electronic Voting Machines were used. But the head of the state Elections Commission says he does not believe the system here has been hacked. If were talking about the to impossible, and the reason is the voting equipment is not connected to the internet. And we emphasize that all the time. That would mean that someone would have to have physical access to the voting equipment and more than that they would , essentially have to break into a locked storage unit on the voting equipment. A new development in the past hour, a Group Supporting the recount has launched a new recount now website. This recount is a costly it costs up to a Million Dollars. Jill stein would have to come up with the money for that. If she has the money and files the request by friday, the state will begin the process of a recount and require it to be completed within 13 days, which is something Election Officials tell us will not be easy to do.
