This happened over night in December Moin. The officers were killed in a pair of ambush style attacks. One is from December Moin and one they were killed in the squad cars. A manhunt is underway. There is clearly danger if you are a police officer. They are sitting in the car and doing nothing wrong. There is danger out there. Someone is out there and shooting Police Officers. Tim shocking news this morning, police plan to hold two more press conferences and the not been identified. The police say that officers are working in pairs to track down the suspect who is wanted in these shootings. We are watching for new information throughout the morning and throughout the day. Tim, thank you. Overnight police chase shuts down part of i43. This happened around 11 30 p. M. And the Police Spotted a vehicle taken in an armed robber and they sped away. The car lost control and crashed into a ditch. The Police Arrested one man and two juvenile females at the scene and they were taken to the hospital. The i43 northbound lane closed for the investigation. It is reopened this morning. That pursuit coming hours after a chase threw 3 counties only on down a Bank Robbery Suspect. This started with a bank robbery near 60th and forest home and ended in hartford. Matt and news chopper 12 were Officials Say they called off the pursuit a number of times for safety reasons. But they were constantly watching news chopper 12s live picture. We were able to follow the pursuit on wisn 12 tv and the dispatchers alerted the troopers to the actual location. A number of vehicles were hit, and no one was seriously hurt. Authorities were at the gas station overnight processing the evidence. I was checking here on twitter, the schools cancelled the classes for the day in urbandale. A manhunt is underway for whomever is responsible. Investigation is underway after a uw student from saudi arabia is beaten to Death Outside of a pizza parlor. Tim is following the story for us. Tim . Timsz police are investigating this death as a hate crime, but a white man is a possible attacker here. 24yearold died after injuries on monday after beaten on the sidewalk over the weekend. He was a student at uw. Students at the Muslim Student association at uwm are speaking now, the family was notified of his death in saudi arabia earlier this week. Back to you in the studio. We have a situation in iowa, two Police Officers are dead after a shooting. Police say the officers were shot and killed in an ambush a manhunt is now underway for whomever is responsible. No other details have been 2sz released about what led up to this shooting. Again, two des moines Police Officers were shot and killed overnight. The Police Responded to the scene to help and a Des Moines Police then shot and killed there. We are vigilant about safety but we have go out and do it. People expect us to come and answer the call and we are going to do that. Just a very difficult morning for the Police Officers there in iowa. News chopper 12 was overhead when a Bank Robbery Suspect was arrested after a Dangerous Police say the man robbed a north shore bank in milwaukee then jumped into a white van and sped away. The chase passed through three counties yesterday. Thema is live downtown with new information. Good morning, thema. Well, good morning, ben, that suspect is behind bars this morning as police in 3 counties investigate this case, including right here in milwaukee. Now authorities were a scene well into the night. We have new video where the situation ended in a gas station in hartford. A Bank Robbery Suspect was arrested after a chase. The suspect weaved through the traffic and hitting a number of cars avoiding others. The man stopped at a gas station and bought a pack of cigarettes. News chopper 12 played a big we also were able to use your helicopter signal on live tv to eventually locate the subject and get him into custody. As he was moving around on the ground, you were following him from the air. We werent far behind and once he came to the stop here at the gas station and blend in to pedestrian traffic, we were able to take him into custody. Reporter near the Milwaukee County line.
