shooting of 23yearold sylville smith. Today, neighbors from sherman park will work to heal from those tensions. Strong movement is holding a rally at sherman park. That movement started last year in an effort to address the challenges minorities face across the city. Anyone is invited to attend the rally that starts at noon. It goes until 3 00 this afternoon. Tomorrow marks a solemn anniversary for our country. It has been 15years since the september 11 terror attacks. Nearly 3,000 people were killed at the

site and in pennsylvania. More than 6,000 people were hurt. Ceremonies to honor the victims were held yesterday across the country, including this one in washington, d. C. Members of

Organizers say holding this blood drive is one way to show support for local first responders. Local firefighters, police officers, and crews from flight for life helped people sign up to donate oo anyone who makes an appointment to donate at the blood center of wisconsin between now and september 16 can get a special commemorative tshirt. a new exhibit that highlights the struggles of dementia patients. This is the debut weekend for karen bondarchuks exhibit, ergo sum a crow a day, at the

in wausau. Bondarchuk drew one crow a day for a whole year to mark the days her mother no longer remembers because of dementia. Became a kind of therapy for her. I really had to work through the grief of losing my mother gradually, over time, and shes still with us, but shes not anymore. There is history here for me, of hers. Christina jessica was living in new york at the time, and offered to help search for andrea in the weeks following 9 11. She has since become very close to andreas family.
