Police say they received several complaints from neighbors about a crowd of about 30 to 40 people. Officers asked the group to leave peacefully. About 20 minutes later, the crowd was asked to leave again. Police began making arrests when some refused to leave. They arrested 10 people for resisting an officer. But that girl has since told police her statement was not true. She was found dead in her cell four days after being booked in the Milwaukee County jail. Her family has questions about how she died.
