Man shot and killed by a Wauwatosa Police officer four months ago. Is pushing for answers. Jay andersons family wants the officer to face criminal charges. And will hold a News Conference today. Our Deandra Corinthios has more from the Wauwatosa Police department. Jay andersons family will hold a News Conference this afternoon. They say they want justice. And officer who killed anderson. After learning the same Police Officer was involved in another shooting related death last year sunday andersons family released balloons in wauwatosas madison park. Jay anderson was sitting in a parked car in that park on june 23rd when he was shot. Police say the officer went to investigate the suspicious vehicle. And saw that anderson had a reaching for the weapon. The officer fired. The case is in the hands of the district attorneys office. The family was shown a 20 second clip of the incident. But they want to see more. The attorney for the Anderson Family says the officer who killed anderson was also involved in a Fatal Shooting in july of 2015. A 29yearold man was killed after Wauwatosa Police say he confronted them with a sword. The officer was cleared in that case. 11 months later anderson was killed. A spokesman for the Wauwatosa PoliceDepartment Tells fox 6 the department has not seen the footage of the shooting and does not have a copy. They say they will be making all records in this case available to the public. When the das office makes a final determination. String of violent shootings. One of them deadly. Police say this happened near 22nd and stark. The victim was taken to hospital and is expected to survive. Milwaukee Police Continue to investigate and seek suspects in each of the shootings. In whitewater, police are investigating a homicide. Officers were called to a home for an unknown medical emergency yesterday morning. When they arrived they found the body of 43 yearold kenneth missca he died. But police are calling this a targeted incident. There is a suspect in custody. An update now on a Homicide Investigation on milwaukees east side. Weve learned that 23yearold kayla bauske was discovered inside a home near hamilton and arlington. She was found stuffed inside a plastic tote. A 22yearold man was arrested in connection with this case. Police say the two knew each other. Charged with aggravated battery is expected to make her first appearance in court today. 27yearold Devon Kraemer was charged after a shooting on a county bus back in march. Investigators say the driver waved down two brown deer Police Officers because of a confrontation on the bus. They pulled Manuel Burnley junior off the bus and tried to handcuff him. According to the criminal complaint, Surveillance Video showed burnley on his stomach, face down and officer kraemer firing oe back. The officer later told investigators she could not see burnleys left arm and felt threatened. Officer kraemer has been placed on paid administrative leave.
