Jermarro dantzler was charged with Second DegreeSexual Assault of a child. He was also charged with perjury and bail jumping. He is guilty due to a no contest plea and will be sentenced this afternoon at 1 30 prosecutors say dantzler tried to get others to testify with a false alibi. That would take him away from the scene where the 15 year old boy was raped in july of 2015. For about six years dantzler ran a group home for troubled boys called rights of passage on complaint, the Victim Told Police he was walking in his neighborhood near 66th and brown deer road when dantzler approached him with a gun. The complaint says dantzler grabbed the victim and assaulted him behind some bushes. The case went cold. Until the victim said he received a facebook invitation from a person who looked like his attacker. Dna tests linked dantzler to the crime.
