Only to have the officer say what are you doing, what are you doing, you are mine now. through heagganbrowns phone. They find messages with two other individuals who tell police Heaggan Brown offered them money for sex. Investigators also find explicit photos of a fourth person who recalls waking up in bed at heagganbrowns house after a night of drinking wearing only boxers. That fourth alleged victim says he did not give heagganbrown permission to take those pictures. Investigators also find a message sent to a sergeant reading not so good got a separate situation. Need your your help big time. chief flynn says the communication between heagganbrown and that sergeant is also under internal review but right now, its his understanding the sergeant did nothing wrong, reporting the message up the chain.
