Thats when the 61, 298 pound 17 year old was given life altering news. 29 16 and i remember waking up in the hospital and with a feeding tube and them telling me that i had a stroke. 29 24 lisa schrems and jason 39 11 devastating; lying like that. He wasnt quite sure 39 34 imagine the worst thing youve ever seen and multiple it a million times. And it was real. Lisa and jason schrems saw 20 doctors and nurses huddled around their son who was yelling. In an instant, they had to make a decision to let braeden undergo was lisa called lifesaving surgery to remove a blood clot from his neck. Mother asked to see her son. 40 26 i went over by h recognized my voice; but he couldnt see us. He just screamed my name, and they took him off. We kind of just fell and prayed that everything was going to be ok. 40 45 the surgery did save braedens life. But the stroke impacted the feeling in his left side, as well as his eyesight and short term memory. Hes in physical therapy right now, 3 to 4 days a week, 2 to 3 hours a day.
