Minutes later, a second announcement said their classmates were not dead and that it was all part of a simulation drill, meant to show kids what its like if they dont drive carefully. The district superintendent says the drill wasnt meant to cause any harm or stress to students. But some students and parents said it was inappropriate. Parents in Wisconsin Rapids<\/a> are on edge after a nail was found in a piece of halloween candy. The nail was found inside a by one parent in the city. Understandably, the discovery has many worried about their own children. Meantime local authorities are working to figure out how the nail got inside the tootsie roll. They say it can be difficult to figure out if someone was tampering with the candy. When parents go out on halloween night and they just go block to block and house to house, it does certainly make it difficult for us.
