This afternoon, Prince Georges County police announced 20yearold isiah bogan is now in custody. He was arrested this morning aftepotted him in a car on brooks drive in forestville. Police released Surveillance Video of the suspect last week but say it was abc7 news report that led to the tip to help them identify the man as bogan. Leon we have new information on last weeks deadly amtrak derailment in philadelphia. The ntsb says it has completed most of its onthescene work at the accident. It didnt reveal malfunctions and they say they have the amtrak engineers cell phone. The investigators have not determined if there was phone activity at the time it was operated.
