D. Says two men not yet identified are dead. The police chief says it happened in a small office in engineering building. Gun was found. Along with what might be a suicide note. Earlier, 43,000 students plus faculty and staff were told to on social media many describe frantic scenes. Posting photos and videos showing doors not locked in rooms with the photo copiers jerry rig and the jerryriged and furniture piled up as barricades. Hundreds of officers stormed the campus. In the springfield town Home Community where abutoh lived the neighbors say they used to see the hummer parked outside all the time but many didnt know it was connected to the man accused of this. Committee voted to send a bill to the full council. It would increase minimum wage to 15 an hour by the year 2020. A bill in 2013 raised the minimum wage to 10. 50 an hour. Under the bill, workers who rely on the tips for their income would see their hourly wage double to 5. 55 an hour. Mayor Muriel Bowser previously proposed a 7. 50 minimum for tipped workers.
