The same sources say the man also claimed he was going to drive a vehicle filled with propane tanks and then blow up two buildings. The m. S. L. International Child Care Center in georgetown where his son attended. Plus the 51 Monroe Building in downtown rockville where Montgomery Countys Child Support offices are housed.
