Breaking news overnight in Orange County. That s where deputies say a 34 year old was killed in a shooting last night. It happened in a home on east 13th street. The man was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. Detectives say they re now looking for a woman in connection with this. Com also breaking overnight, we re working to get more information on the deadly hit it happened around 11 00 last night near West Colonial drive and lexington avenue. Florida Highway Patrol tells news 6 a mercury saibl was driving southbound near state road a1a and mariners drive attempting to pass the infinity sedan when it struck a ford fusion head on. It caused the ford to hit the infinity sedan that collided with a Buick Lacrosse also driving northbound. Two other people were taken to the hospital in critical condition. The crash is now under investigation. This morning state road 407 is back open after a huge brush fire forced officials to shut down traffic. Sky 6 flew over the area near shepherd drive and challenger Memorial Parkway in titusville yesterday. Fire fighters say the fire stretched to more than 35 acres, but this morning it is 100 contained. We re told cruz is in the overnight hours monitoring the conditions. In Orange County we re working to get more information on the shooting that injured sky 6 flew over the citgo on Orange Blossom trail friday afternoon. Deputy say witnesses reported multiple shots fired near the citgo and then saw a man injured there. No word on any motive or suspects. Now to a dramatic rescue where this morning the Orange County man is in the hospital after being bitten by a snake and only news 6 was there as help arrived. The piet he received was potentially deadly. He was bit on the thumb by what he believes is a water moccasin. He got too close to the snake. The man was near the wildlife reserve. Those deadly snakes live near water and rarely bite humans unless they fill threatened. The bite can cause extreme pain, internal bleeding or lose some confuse it for other non venomous ones and water moccasins have triangler heads and thinner necks. Now it s very important that the man immediately called 911. The sooner doctors are able to get the antivenom, the better they re able to counter act that bite.
