We now know that many atm smash and grab case weve been telling you about in our area are the work of one crime ring, part of a fiveyear spree that came to an end yesterday. The three men pictured on top are the ring leaders. 8 of these suspects will be arrested with three still at large. The group typically stole cargo fans and smashed them through store fronts, accessing cash in the machines. They believe this group began the crime spree years ago with some taking time off to go to prison. Over time their level of violence they graduated from hitting clothes store to open stores where they were clerks and customers, even more lives in danger. They got quicker too. A recent incident took only 95 seconds to complete. Authorities say businesses in avon, mentor, cleveland, and canton fell victim since early last year. More indictments and arrests are expected as Police Investigate dozens more incidents. Arrests were a collaboration, including parma, ava, and strongsville. Theres so many different ways that we can continue to change and help. The kids, they promised me that. My promise to them is i will continue to be a great role a great father figure for those kids.
