Reporter the Hamilton County Sheriff S Office says agents of the regional narcotics highway interdiction unit initiated the chase after trying to stop the driver for traffic violations near sharonville. 55 miles later they had their guys. The driver 24yearold Anthony Dewayne knight of dayton was charged with felony fleeing and eluding. Also arrested two passengers. Police say 22yearold Jehwaun Booker and 19yearold chuck foley have gang ties in montgomery county. A lot of cops in one place at one time. I m glad they got them. She was 32 weeks pregnant when she was arrested in december for Kinsley Kinner s death. Her boyfriend Bradley Young is charged with murder. Investigators say he beat the 2yearold and kinner allowed it to happen. The girl s father says he is also the father of the newborn. Sheree christmas is long past. As wlwt news 5 s andrew setters shows us a sycamore township homeowner was back in court today fighting the fines he s been hit with over his unusual holiday display. Reporter protesters gathered outside the courthouse today, supporting jasen dixon s zombiethemed nativity. Last time around, forest thomer was arrested for being disruptive. Today lower volume. Jasen dixon has been hit with zoning violations and fines by sycamore township. 27 charges, 13,500 in possible fines. Reporter dixon s attorney argued today the charges should be thrown out. He says the nativity doesn t violate zoning rules but even if it did, dixon made the changes he was asked to make. When he was told violated the code he fixed it, he brought it into compliance. Reporter one of the things that makes zombies so terrifying is they just keep marching forward, and this case, which started before christmas, may not wrap up until spring. The zoning board has another hearing this month. And judge Brad Greenberg will rule on the motion to dismiss the charges next month. All of that could just be setting the stage for an actual trial. The bigger issue is whether the township s actions impose upon mr. Dixon s right to express himself. We think mr. Joseph milspaugh says when he heard the suspect trying to break into his home in san jacinto, california he knew exactly what to do. He grabbed his gun. As the suspect smashed the door with his ax and tried to crawl into the house milspaugh wasted no time and fired off one round from his handgun at the suspect.
