Emergency crews worked to revive him, but he could not be saved. Police say they have a person of interest who has been located and that they are not looking for anyone else in connection to this shooting. The shooter said he was being robbed. Kyla two cincinnati officers accused of covering up a crash involving a fellow officer are acquitted of all charges. Sergeant Richard Sulfsted and officer Jason Cotterman have been suspended from the force since last september, when witnesses accused District Five PoliceSergeant Andrew mitchell of driving drunk and crashing. Cotterman and sulfsted were facing six charges, including dereliction of duty and obstructing justice.
