But they tell us Cleves Police are handling the investigation now. School leaders say they were made aware of the threat at about 5 30 yesterday evening by a taylor middle student. We re told that threat was not a social media threat, but nothing further. School leaders say no children or staff were in danger, but they wanted to take a high level of caution. Some parents, meanwhile, aren t happy about how the school handled this situation. There was a post on facebook telling parents to rest assured their children will be safe, but several wanted to know why the school never called. Mark developing this morning, a deadly shooting on a sidewalk in overtherhine. Andrew setters is live as Cincinnati Police investigate this homicide. Good morning. Andrew Cincinnati Police say they are investigating this late not shooting but they are not looking for any suspects in this case because they have a person of interest in custody. 31yearold james mixon was found shot along vine street in overtherhine. Emergency crews worked to revive him, but he could not be saved. Police say they have a person of interest who has been located and that they are not looking for anyone else in connection to this shooting. The shooter said he was being robbed. Kyla two cincinnati officers accused of covering up a crash involving a fellow officer are acquitted of all charges. Sergeant Richard Sulfsted and officer Jason Cotterman have been suspended from the force since last september, when witnesses accused District Five Police Sergeant Andrew mitchell of driving drunk and crashing. Cotterman and sulfsted were facing six charges, including dereliction of duty and obstructing justice. Judge bercowitz said there were too many inconsistencies in the testimony for him to convict cotterman and sulfsted on any of the charges. Both officers will now be reinstated. Mark a Butler County teenager will never be allowed to drive again after a crash that killed his friend the morning after christmas. Tristan lacey apologized to the family of his best friend wednesday, 18year old mark valentine, who died in december in a crash on Beckett Ridge in control and crashed. He also had a suspended license and should never have been behind the wheel. In the sentencing, lacey said driving that night was the biggest mistake of his life. Authorities say three women and one man were pronounced dead at the scene. Three others were taken from the scene in ambulances, and one of them died at the hospital. According to
