Waterville, Maine Police Say theyve been investigating reiter for four weeks after the High School Principal was accused of asking a toon to have sex with him. According to a Waterville Police press release, a detective spoke to a former mascenic student thursday who alleges that she had an inappropriate relationship with Donald Reiter and that the students mother later called to confirm the relationship based on letters written to the then 17yearold female student. Waterville police visited the high school and spoke with staff and the girls mother about the alleged relationship, which culminated in a sexual relationship during her senior year. Police received 147 pages of letters purportedly written by reiter to the 17yearold, the letters frequently reference his love for her, their taboo relationship, a kiss that they comments. The superintendent of schools confirms that reiter worked at the high school from 1998 to 2004 as a social studies teacher and assistant principal. But will not comment on past or present employees or police investigations. New Ipswich Police say they were contacted by Waterville Police and have no reports on file regarding reiter.
