They say they confiscated three dozen among them were a horse, three dogs, six cats, 20 birds, a guinea pig and an iguana. Police say their cages were covered in animal waste and the stalls filled with manure and many of the animals had no access to food. We determined she had fallen on hard times and was unable to care for the animals and voluntarily gave them up to the stratham spca. Ray now, the woman who owns the animals is cooperating and at this point no charges are the spca says the animals will be put up for adoption once the animals are made healthy which is an expensive process. In june of 2014 police say wolusky went with two others to wilkinsons home. They went to rob him and wound up stabbing him 20 times and dumping his 3w0dy along a road in maine. He was our child. A veterinarian called to the site said this horse was severely underweight and malnourished and immediately police say a woman was keeping nearly three dozen pets in deplorable conditions including 17 chickens, seven birds like a pigeon missing a wing along with six cats, three dogs, a guinea pig and an iguana. Richard penney was being held at a State Facility when he called someone he was not supposed to have contact with. He is scheduled to be arraigned on that charge today. A separate hearing on whether to dismiss charges stemming from a violent icident. Police say penney was charged withholding a gun to his brothers head, stealing his guns then forcing his way into a womans home and holding her hostage. An investigation was found he was not competent to stand trial and would not be restored. What is that . Kara Surveillance Video on an Ocean Shores School bus capture the moment when students realized there was something wrong. What happened . We dont know. About 30 kids were on their way to Ocean Shores Elementary School when a heater hose erupted and started to leak antifreeze. Kara daniel mason and sarah walton both had children on the bus and were upset that they did not notify parents right away. And what was the temperature of the fluids because obviously it was vaporized. After the finding incident the kids were loaded on to school and later evaluated by a school nurse. They both said they had stomach aches and their eyes were burning and they had headaches. These parents were concerned the children were not checked at the scene when the Fire Department arrived. He says the hose was encased and did not spray any of the kids but mason says his son had burns and wet shoes. The buses we purchase are the best available to us and i think they all consider safety were not going to buy something thats unsafe.
