You can see off to the west, the beginning of it, widen out farther so you can see right there, some showers headed in our direction and theyll be moving in during the afternoon. It appears that the car fell off his death is not considered suspicious. A newport man faces several charges. Investigators say he used a shotgun to fire at another driver during an alleged road rage incident. Nathaniel hargraves is accused of firing from his car on old goshen road. They were involved in a road rage accident last friday and then spotted each other again on sunday. Maybe, maybe a minor physical altercation or brandishing of a firearm, but not shots fired from a moving vehicle towards another vehicle. Amy no one was hurt and Police Believe it was an isolated incident. The road rage incidents are under investigation and anyone with information can contact the newport police. Was killed and a teenager hurt in a double shooting. Investigators think the teenager was the intended target. A witness who did not want to be identified fired the shots and went up to her on the ground. I went up to her and said are you ok, ok . And her eyes were looking around like she couldnt focus. So, well see temperatures in the 40s and 50s today. Weve got details on that away. New this morning, a powerful earthquake rattled parts of central and southern italy. The 6. 6 magnitude quake happened at 7 40 local time after a series of after shocks. Two months ago become 300 people were killed by several small towns in italy. That therell be breaks of sunshine through the Morning Hours and perhaps parts of the mid day, but clouds will be on the increase from mid day on and then by mid to Late Afternoon, some showers will be on their way here as we head toward the afternoon. And in any case, lets take a look at the temperatures, they are going to be getting milder as we go through the next several days and this week. Especially by about mid week. These temperatures start to move in parts of the Granite State for us here. All right, a look at whats happening here. The bigger picture. Thinner clouds right now, but some showers off to our west. These ones not quite so much. Maybe brushing parts of northern New Hampshire. However, showers to the west will move in later on. Clouds and sun back for a while today and then anytime after, i think, 3 00 is when you could start seeing the showers crop of the state that will see showers. Its mostly southern New Hampshire, we could see the on again, off again showers, late into the evening hours as well and then they come to an end, and then gradual clearing overnight. Tomorrow morning we may start off early with some clouds or low fog in some of the valleys and then it begins to clear away and we turn sunny and nice and your halloween looks like a nice one, actually. Temperatures cooler because of a coolnt upper 40s and lower 50s, but plenty of sunshine and the winds will calm down fairly quickly as well. Theres monday and then tuesday, weve got partly sunny skies and then wednesday, thats when temperatures start to go up even farther. Here is your High Temperatures expected for today. Upper 40s, lower 50s in central New Hampshire and mid to upper 50s in southern New Hampshire. Were down to the 30s tonight. A little cooler once again after your halloween forecast for tomorrow. Either side of 50 degrees in so many locations, but lets give you a little time line of the temperatures for trickortreating hours tomorrow. Starting at 5 00, well put them in position and show you as we get toward 6 00 here and 7 00, and 8 00, and theyre getting a little chillier, especially in northern New Hampshire. So, to sort of sum up, it will be getting chilly tomorrow, starting off in the 40s, in southern New Hampshire, and the 30s in and falling from there. But, as we look at the week ahead, wow, temperatures by wednesday are in the 60s in southern New Hampshire, and look at that, right through the end of the week. Milder conditions than what we saw last week. And i had my golf clubs out of my car and ill put them back this week. One more opportunity. A message in a bottle sent out to sea more than five decades ago is back where it years. The long lost message was discovered 1500 miles from home by a man vacationing in the turks and caicos, he knew there was something about that bottle. This coke bottle that was halfway buried in the sand and i mean, just looked like it had been there since the beginning of time. And the beachcomer was sold and now clint has delivered the message in a bottle. This is very special, it brings back a piece of him and her and my childhood and the all of those things are very, very hard to lose. She insisted on living up to her fathers promise giving that reward. You returned it and you have to take it, you have to take it. The biggest reward is the message of a bottle finding its way back home. The significance of the bottle was not lost on him.
