Police say he stole this greyhound wednesday afternoon and impersonated law enforcement. When greyhound realized the bus was gone, it was able to track it down on third avenue in brooklyn. Police pulled him over where he flashed a fake security badge and a fake id to go with it. When taken in for questioning at the 78th precinct, Police Sources tell news 4 he admitted his next move was to steal a plane. Mccollum has quite the history he has been arrested for Crimes Involving trains and buses nearly three dozen times. Get this. At the young age of 15, mccollum operated an etrain from 34th street to the World Trade Center without anyone noticing. Charges were dropped in that case back in the early 80s. During the early 90s he was arrested for stealing buses and two years ago he worked out a plea deal for driving a stolen trailways bus. He was captured on the highway leading to kennedy airport.
