They started growing them out in california and then up in shington where you get the best prom granite omegranate. The bigger the pomegranate the bi ogger the seeds are going to be. You want a nice red pomegranate. When it grows, this is how prom granites pomegranates grow. So how do you get into a betty used to stay up half the night taking the seeds out of the thing. What you can do is you can get that or buy these little 4. 4 ounce cont in ps and they take all the work out of it. If you dont want to buy a container you want to look for a pomegranate thats heavy. Cut the top of the pomegranate off like this. Then score it down like that. Now, i do it in water. Why . They used to use the steeds seeds to dye things years ago. You want to make sure that you do not eat any of this white pith in here. Its very bitter. You want to eat the pomegranate seed. Also theres a pit or a little stone inside here. Some people if you have a problem with your digestive system you really shouldnt be eating those. But its fiber. So if you dont have that problem and you eat it, youre getting fiber in it. Pomegranates are september, october and november into december. The problem is how do you get them year round . You get these bloom fresh containers from india.
