The test shows the bomb was produced outside of russia. They didnt or couldnt get any further details about how specifically they knew that but, of course, isis had claimed responsibility for this crash and not only in written statements but as well as video and audio messages that they posted online directly afterwards. They dont know where she was walking to or where the boyfriend was. The nomad hotel is where she got help. This is where they called 911 and rushed that 21yearold woman to Bellevue Hospital.
