Rahami faces five charges of attempted murder in that shooting, and federal prosecutors are preparing terrorism charges. We have a team of correspondents covering the bombings. The force of the shrapnelpacked bomb was enough to destroy a metal dumpster and sent residents racing for cover. 29 people were injured. There was an explosion.
