Specifically, the case worker that theyve worked with for almost ten years who knows jacobs healthcare needs inside and out. 17 50 that means im losing amember of my family. Shes been with me for so long, that is my biggest fear. Jennifer says no matter what changes take place due to the governors plan to privatize medicaid, shell find a way to get jacob the services he needs. But its hard to move forward with little information, families dont yet know what the new outofstate companies that take over iowas medicaid are going to offer. Farmers and landowners have become concerned that emminent domain will be used to secure the path which connects illinois. Branstad was asked his thoughts on using such a tactic. I think Eminent Domain should be used only sparingly. I think there are times that it may be appropriate, so dont say a blanket statement that Eminent Domain should never be used, said branstad.
