A tow truck took that mangled car or what was left of it from the scene. You can look at some of the evidence that police marked onthe ground following this crash. Also over here are inspectors with Florida East Coast railway. They are still on scene here making sure that everying is following this accident. That is what aitness, another driver here told them, that witness was sitting on the light on south dixie highway when the victim crossed on front of him heading east on monroe street and reportedly tried to beat this train around 1 00 this morning. A policeman with Florida East Coast railway was on scene and takes 1,000 to 1800 feet to stop one of these once the breaks are applied. This train was loaded down more than two miles of train loaded down with cargo. And police say they had to cut the victim out of his car. He was pronounced dead here at the tracks.
