Delvin barnes is being held in the federal Detention Center in philadelphia awaiting federal charges. He is expect to be in court later today. Police believe he is man caught on camera for that germantown kidnapping and we are learning about whether he could be link to any other cases. Delvin barnes arrived in philadelphia tuesday afternoon in federal custody. He was transferred from the virginia prison to the u. S. Courthouse here to face charges in the kidnapping of the 22year old Carlesha Gaither. Police say this is Surveillance Video of barn necessary germantown snatching a woman off the the city street and throwing her in the back of the car. After a three day manhunt barnes was arrested in jessup maryland, carlesha return home her family her alleged kidnapper was behind bars. Afterward, barnes was first taken to virginia where he faces a number of charges there involving the alleged kidnapping and rape of the a 16 yearold girl set on fire during her attack but now barnes is being held here in the federal Detention Center as prosecutors filled this case in philadelphia ape prior to present evidence.
