To get the highest level of protection, you have to insert the chip card into a special reader, not swipe as our under cover shoppers are instruct. Are you using chip card. Not yet. If a purchase didnt start early enough, they are finding themselves now being caught up in a cue of waiting to get all of those necessary pieces in place. If you swipe a chip card and end up victim of the Security Breach the merchant is now liable, not the card company.
