Some clouds, Severe Weather out to the west is now done and we are going to look at some changes today. Temperatures this morning 67 degrees in philadelphia. 62 in allentown. 63 in millville. Doesnt look too bad temperaturewise but when you consider the dewpoints are still well above 60, in the mid 60s in much of the region its still a bit on the humid side as you step outside this morning. And that goes for the bus stop as well. Temperatures on the bus stop this morning under partly cloudy skies 67 by 6 oclock 70 by 8 00 a. M. Still a bit muggy but as we go through the day a couple of changes in store. First of all its going to be very warm. 70 by 8 oclock, by noon 85 and then we get a high of 80 degrees at 3 oclock. Strong blustery winds building but as the numbers go up the humidity is actually going to drop and it will feel more comfortable across most of the region as we get later into the after and noon evening. Were off to a good start because its too early and not too many people out and about. Construction crews have left the scene on i95 southbound. They were blocking the two right lanes up ahead. Things looking better. Spruce street will close today and thats between 34th and 40th from 6 30 this morning to 8 oclock and thats because of it is penns moveout day today and tomorrow. Youll have to stick to walnut or sansom instead. We have a water main break thats causing a problem here and were watching it at pine town road near highland avenue so look for this one in upper dublin Montgomery County and on the turnpike eastbound near Fort Washington we had some construction there that cleared but the water main break is new so watch for that. Weve got the Water Company on the scene trying to fix. That we had an accident in east vincent township in chester county. An earthquake struck nepal overnight killing at least four people and injuring many more and causing buildings to collapse. It comes less than three weeks after a quake devastated large areas of that himalayan nation. The u. S. Gs says the earthquake was centered about 50 miles east of kathmandu. This is near mount everest. Thats where it was. In a remote area of eastern nepal near the border with china. A 7. 8 quake hit nepal on april 25th. That one killed more than 8,000 people. Well have full report just ahead at 5 30. And also this Morning Police are looking for suspects in the attack on a school bus in West Philadelphia. Theyre hoping to be able to release some Surveillance Footage to help identify those behind them. Boy threw a brick through the window and hit my daughter. Reporter 20yearold special needs student Courtney Clancy had been riding on this School District bus in West Philadelphia yesterday. Suddenly a rock came crashing through the window. Courtney was hit by the broken glass. I cant see out of one eye. Reporter there were nine special needs students from the school of the future on the bus that had been approaching 47th and aspen when at least two juveniles ran over from this rec center and started throwing rocks and construction debris. Just driving down the street and hear the bricks hitting the vehicle and then he hears people screaming so he stops the bus immediately he does the rye thing. Reporter southwest detectives were on the scene and quickly discovered these surveillance cameras. Courtney was taken to the hospital where doctors brushed broken glass out of her eye. I want the boys prosecute i really do. Reporter and courtney will be back at the hospital today to see an eye specialist about her eye. But he apparently has no plans to stay down the his agent making it clear he will appeal the decision. Now the 243 deflate gate report one pretty. It stated that it was more probable that a tom brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of involving the release of air from patriot game balls. And the nfl told brady your actions clearly constitute conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Public Confidence in the game of professional football. Brady himself has said very little about the nfls report but the new England Patriots chairman said the report was based on circumstantial evidence. The patriots are also being fined 1 million and are losing two draft picks. Two staffers accused of deflating the game balls are being suspended indefinitely. Now back in january brady denied guilt after the balls in question were used in the afc championship game against the indianapolis colts. Brady denied guilt. A 30yearold man was killed when he jumped out the window and a 21yearold woman is in extremely Critical Condition with severe burns. Her young daughter another child and a man suffered minor injuries. Fire Officials Say the home had no alarm system or smoke alarms. A bolt bus smoking on the side of a highway didnt stop traffic on the massachusetts turnpike but this did. When it blows up in dramatic fashion. The Emergency Response then snarled traffic for two hours there in boston suburbs but all 46 passengers had gotten off the bus before that blast. And the number of deaths attributed to a serial kill interconnecticut has more than doubled. Police announced yesterday they found four sets of previously undiscovered human remains. Cadaver dogs found the remains in a wooded area behind a strip mall in new britain the same area where bodies of three women were found in 2007. Authorities did not say who the killer is or if that killer is in custody. Police did say there is no current threat to the public.
