We have to make cuts to offset the deficits and have the funds to invest in new programs, they want to grow criminal justice and sports management. Reporter hi rick, well this started off as a confrontation over passengers and Flight Attendants over two people switching seats and escalating and some believe that race was the reason for it. Some of this captured on cell phone is leading to claims of racial discrimination. A black passenger and his companion were escorted by officers off the flight after an argument with a Flight Attendant over a seat. The guy said hey, im not going anywhere he said something smart and the guy said im not talk toug dont talk to me. But it doesnt end there, that is when according to officers, five other black passengers caused a disturbance, they claim that a white Flight Attendant accused them of being a threat. Police say that all five were also escorted off the plane including the passenger recording this video. We were the only people that got kicked off the aircraft and there were other people recording it and talking about it. Despite several requests Spirit Airline did not give an official statement.
