In other News Philadelphia Police are searching for the suspect who has been assaulting women in the city. They say over the weekend the violence escalated and one assault in kensington turned deadly. Action News Reporter chad pradelli has the details tonight. Reporter Philadelphia Police are on the hunt for this man. Wanted for questioning in the saturday murder of ricky morgan. Investigators say the suspect beat morgan with some type of brick and stabbed her around 11 30 p. M. Some type of deal was made with the individual. We know ty went to tack of a location and during that time he beat her. He stabbed her multiple times. And she was able to run from that location but then she collapsed and succumbed to her injuries. Reporter investigators say the suspect is wanted for at least two other attacks on prostitutes in recent weeks. On july 12th, police say the suspect slit the throat of a prostitute on the 3800 block of jays per. The victim played dead but lived. A group of delegates from about 11 states tried to force a roll call vote in an over to the stop the nomination of donald trump. So traffic is only squeezing by just barely in the left lane and it is a mess. Stay local on columbus boulevard, Delaware Avenue or else stay on the numbered streets instead. 95 nthd is not where you want to be. Delays there are spilling back onto the vine street expressway eastbound aa parking lot and those delays are spilling onto the schuylkill. So thats the highways and the secondary roads there are a ton of downed trees and wires this afternoon. One set blocking 322 in Delaware County by larks Corner Shopping Center. Bethel road is an alternate. Across the river in Gloucester County 322 eastbound has reopened but the heavy rain still moving through that area and it rained so heavily along 295 in Camden County that theres flooding in both directions by 42. This is the southbound delay very heavy right now and in mount laurel have some emergency construction blocking a lane on 73 northbound, so its jammed there as well.
