Now to some developing news out of Montgomery County right now. A woman was found murdered in her home and now police are trying to track down the killer. Tonight they have a person of interest. Well, the police left here about an hour ago but they had been here for more than 12 hours. The victims thought to have lived in the house here behind me at least six or seven years. She apparently lived here with her grown daughter. We have a person of interest and i just want to stress to the community that they are safe. Like i said we do have a person of interest. Once the autopsy is complete, we will be able to tell the cause of death. Reporter police were called to this house shortly after 3 a. M. Inside found dead, 54yearold annette house. She had been stabbed. Andrea martin came to place a flower outside the dead womans home this afternoon. She told us house went out of her way to be a good neighbor. She was a very lovely person. I had been injured last january and she was the first person to offer to come and help me. She ran errands for us and my little dog eats homemade food and she went to the store to get him his green beans and beef want not. Reporter house was often seen around her neighborhood with her daughter elena mother and daughter said to be close. Very nice people. I mean, didnt really bother you much, you know. They had a little dog he 82 you had to run over the yard and play with my dog and stuff and she was always very apologetic, the mother, but thats all i know about them. Reporter again police saying they are waiting on the results of an autopsy not clear if theyll get those results tonight or at a later time and they say they have identified and have been speaking with a person of interest in this case. He resigned as President Trump appointed Anthony Scaramucci new White House Communications director. Sources say the president did not ask spicer to resign. It was his decision. Incoming press secretary Sarah Huckabee sanders. The president wanted to bring in and add new people to the team and sean felt like it would be best for that team to be able to start with a totally clean slate. Philadelphia police are still looking for the two men behind a deadly home invasion. One of the victims survived. But the other a man in a wheelchair was killed. Reporter he was paralyzed in a shooting more than a decade ago. Late last night a different shooting claimed his life. Police say a 36yearold man in a wheelchair just returned home with his 51yearold caretaker into tioganicetown when two men with guns approached. I paid no attention and i just laid down and next time i seen police lights. Reporter this happened on the 3300 block of north gratz street shortly before midnight where the victim lived with his mother sister and her children. The caretaker had just helped the man up the front steps into the house. Police say the suspect forced open the front door. The 36yearold wheelchair bound victim was actually struggling to try to keep the door closed. Thats when one of the perpetrators fired at least one shot. Reporter the 36yearold man fell out of his wheelchair, was bleeding from the head, neck and chest. The other suspect opened fire as well. The caretaker was struck in his back and his leg and was on the ground outside when police arrived. The caretaker was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The other man was pronounced dead on the scene. Police are looking for surveillance footage. The perpetrator is described as two males medium build one had a beard. They were both wearing dark colored possibly black hooded sweatshirts. They were last seen running south on the 3300 block of gratz street. Reporter the victims mother and his sister and four children were upstairs when this was all going on. Apparently they heard the shooting and the commotion but they didnt see anything and they were not injured. The motive for this double shooting remains under investigation. In tioganicetown, katherine scott, channel6 action news. New at 5 00, three delaware gang members sentenced to lengthy prison terms. 19yearold john briscoe was found guilty in march of two murders. Today he got two life terms in prison but 35 years. Jamir wisher and 17yearold ray mere briscoe both pleaded guilty to different murders in february.
