Released the pictures of the clothing and jewelry the woman was wearing and a tattoo on her shoulder. She was tied to a cinder block yesterday morning. The victim is africanamerican between 25 and 35 years old. 56 and 130 years old. Police say the woman was already dead when she was dumped in the pond. Philadelphia police are searching for the man that brutally attacked a mother and teenage daughter inside of their home. The suspect they are looking for is a Family Member. Katherine scott has the full story. Reporter police say that a mother was brutally beaten and her 13yearold daughter sexual assaulted. Both were taken to area hospitals think the daughter was stable but the mother was in critical condition. This is horrible. We are right there on the street. Reporter the crime scene unit was at a frankford house where hours earlier a teenager was assaulted and her mother beaten. Police were called to the 1900 block of pratt street shortly before 12 30 a. M. A 13yearold girl says she was sexually assaulted by a Family Member in the basement. She was able to run out of the front door of the property and notified a neighbor and they called 911. The teenager told police she thought the Family Member was still inside of the home and from the neighbor owes home they climbed over the porch roof and looked in the window and saw the girls mother lying in a bedroom. She was so badly beaten Police Originally thought she was shot. There was blood on her face and head and visibly missing teeth. The s. W. A. T. Team was called, they enterred the home and the suspect had fled. The 38yearold woman was rushed to einstein medical center. Due to the fact that we have someone possibly fighting for their life and s. W. A. T. Made entry right away and able to get the female out of the house. People that know the family are stunned. They are a big happy family, that is so sad what took place. Its sad, she was a very lovely person and i hope she will be okay and her daughter will be okay. The suspect was seen fleeing naked from the scene and police are reviewing nearby footage to see if there is any to help in this investigation. Police are investigating after several residents in the may fair section of philadelphia, woke up to find the tires on their vehicles slashed. The action cam saw an officer checking the vehicles. At least a dozen cars were hit in the area, one resident showed us a possible suspect they captured on their surveillance camera. They got the tires from this whole block and down the street and across the street. I noticed my tire flat at 11 30 and i was frustrated.
