Developing this morning, the search is on for a shooter who left a man shot on the ground in the West Oak Lane section. Police believe the shooter sped away from the scene of a van that had a child inside in the West Oak Lane section. The victim was shot three times as he was trying to get in and out of the vehicle. The victim ran half a block before he collapsed. Well have more in a life report in the next halfhour. Most of the criminal Justice Center in center city will be closed this is the aftermath of the chaotic scene yesterday when an elevator crashed in the building. The deputy was critically hurt. Heavy debris rained down on the elevator that smith was in forcing that car down. The elevator in question was inspected in june, it is unclear what triggered this event. The operation or the malfunction of the elevator were not clear on, were calling the experts to look into it.
