On the big picture, speeds look good so far this morning along the vine, the roosevelt boulevard, schuylkill expressway and the blue route. This is the scene along the garden garden state parkway with as many people as we saw coming back from the beach yesterday i dont know how there are any left that need to come back but i have a feeling there will still be some head northbound on the parkway and westbound on the a. Developing from the overnight a 14yearold is dead, another teen is wounded in a shooting in philadelphias Port Richmond neighborhood and police are still trying to sort out how this unfolded. Action News Reporter Jeanette Reyes joins us live from Police Headquarters with the information shes learned this morning. Jeanette. Reporter well, matt, right now there are more questions than answers. The one teen is dead. He was shot to death, another teen in the hospital right now with wounds from that gunfire. Right now police are assisting sifting through evidence hoping it will lead to the killer. Take a look at the bloody scene left behind at the intersection of frankford and oreland. Police responded to reports of gunfire. A 14yearold was found, he was shot multiple times in the neck and back. He was taken to Saint Christophers Hospital and initially listed in Critical Condition but later died from his injuries. Police then found a 16yearold shooting victim. He was shot in the shoulder. Were told he is in stable condition at this hour. Police have no suspects or a motive. Anyone with informationally is encouraged top contact authorities. Happening today, today could be the day that the jury comes back to a camden courtroom with a verdict on the fate of david creato. Hes charged with killing his young son. Action News Reporter Katherine Scott is live for us now at the hall of justice where those deliberations will be picking back up. Good morning, katherine. Reporter good morning, tam. And one of the Big Questions of course is did prosecutors meet the burden of proof in this case. The defense team says no but prosecutors say that established that david creato had motive and that he had opportunity. So, well see what the jury has to say. Deliberations will continue today inside the Camden County justice center. The jury got the case last tuesday after closing arguments. They last met on thursday but ended the day with no verdict. D. J. Creato stands accused of killing his threeyearold son brendan back in october 2015 because the boy got in the way of his relationship with his then17yearold girlfriend but creato has denied this. The little boys body was found partially submerged in a creek in cooper river park about half mile from his fathers Haddon Township apartment. Since deliberations began jurors have requested to revisit several recordings including multiple viewings of creatos Police Interrogation on the day brendans body was found in. The case is mainly circumstantial. Theres no today, no Surveillance Video linking creato to the crime. When jurors return today theyll revisit testimony from a county detective and the cell phone expert, both of those revisittations of the evidence come at the request of the jurors. S. Military invaded panama and apprehended the general. He was convicted on judge charges and spent 17 years in prison. Peters family calls him a role model an angel on earth who taught them to live life to the fullest. The seal cut free from his chute when it failed to open over the weekend. You see it here floating away without him attached. Peters landed in the hudson driver and died at the hospital. The navy is working to determine what caused the chute to not deploy. Peters was part of the navys leapfrogs team. Tensions over immigration policies boiled over in texas. Hundreds of protesters on that possession the states antisanctuary cities law.
