Jermaine read was shot to death by Bridgeton Police officers on december 30. Dash cam video showed police stopping a car in which read was a passenger. The officers ordered him not to move but reed exited the vehicle as police opened fire. His family said reed was unarmed and had his hands in plane view. Their lawsuit calls for state and federal investigations and damages topping 1 million. Cumberland county is currently handling the probe. Here at the big board Authorities Say this man sexually assaulted a woman at a Montgomery County tanning salon. Police say Marshall Gibson is the man captured on Surveillance Video back on february 25th. The suspect walked into glow tans on north wales road in Montgomery Township and asked a female employee to use the bathroom. Well, thats when they say he showed her a knife threatened her and then sexually assaulted her. Terrified, police say she complied. I believe the victim here felt very comfortable allowing an individual in, wanted to do something to help another person and never really felt that her security or safety would be jeopardized in any way and unfortunately she did have a very harrowing day. Saint Louis County Police say they dont have any suspects yet. Theyve taken several people into custody since that shooting thursday morning. But theyve all been released after questioning. The two officers were in a line of about 25 officers in front of the Ferguson Police station when someone opened fire. One was hit in the face, the other in the shoulder. Both are expected to recover. Last night president obama was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and says the protest and outrage in ferguson are no excuse for violence.
