They say he was working with the victim 54yearold thuong nguyen. She was found with her threat slashed in the basement kitchen of lees cafe and bistro on washington avenue around 9 oclock last night. The Restaurant Owner told police nguyen and noelle were in the kitchen together. That owner found nguyens body after sending a and order to the kitchen and not receiving any food.
