A 14yearold boy is fighting for his life right now after a shooting in West Philadelphia, police are trying to figure out who did this and if that teen was targeted. Gray hall is live near the scene this afternoon with the very latest on the investigation gray. Brian there say Police Presence here during the day and police are trying to put the pieces of this crime together and as they do that, that 14yearold is fighting for his life. Violence erupts and when its all over a 14yearold is left fighting for his life. He was shot around 9 30 tuesday night along the 200 block of simpson street. Officers say at least eight hots were fired and neighbors hey this is too close to home and they are shocked that the victim is so young. Senseless. You know. Me as a man and the neighbor got to get together and stop this violence. In a strange twist. They believe the teen was shot on simpson and ends up blocks away. He was found lying in the street and officers say he was shot in the back. We dont have a description a shooter or shooters. We are not even certain at this time if this 14yearold victim was in the intended target or if he was hit with a stray bullet. Wednesday morning these flyer were put up in the neighborhood asking people to report suspicious activity and neighbors admit they are afraid and want police to increase security on their street. Its so bad that our relatives and friends are asking me to just sell my house. Meanwhile, a 4yearold is recovering in the hospital right now after a crash in southWest Philadelphia. The action cam was on the 5300 block of grays avenue, where the collision happened just before 8 00 this morning. Police have not said what caused the crash or identified anyone publically involved just yet and the child is described as having serious injuries. The white house got involved in pennsylvania politics. President obama and Vice President biden announced their choices for senate. They are backing Katie Mcginty running against joe sestak in the primary. The winner will challenge republican, pat toomey in the fall. The next thing you know i get pepper sprayed. The police are looking for two suspects one for the groping and one for the pepper spray and the 15yearold could face charges for the punch she threw, so far trump has not issued a comment about this situation. And a religious struck down in virginia. It would have protected proponents of samesex marriage, allowing them to express religious belief without facing punishment. But the governor vetoed the bill and said it would allow discrimination. And georgias governor rejected a religious liberty bill there on monday. And South Carolina allowed a similar bill to go forward. Apple wants the fbi to reveal how it was able to break into the iphone of the man behind the San Bernardino attack. The fbi dropped their lawsuit against apple after it said it found its own way into syed farooks phone. Police are trying to try to figure out who set a fire in cobbs creek that left a woman trapped in her home. The victim called 911 before 3 30 this morning saying that a Family Member set fire to her porch on south 60th street and she couldnt get out. Firefighters showed up and got the flames under control. Now investigators are trying to figure out what happened. No one was hurt. Police in the overbrook section of philadelphia are looking for the man that has robbed the same 7eleven store twice. They gave us this video today of both crimes, the first happened on march 12th, they say the man walked into the 7eleven on lebanon and pointed the gun at the clerk and the employee ran into the office and called police. Well apparently he came back on march 23rd and then jumped right over the counter and pulled a knife and forced the clerk to give him money and took off. Nobody was hurt in either case. Some Temple University students are hoping to get a jump start on their careers. The students are hoping to get relevant experience in journalism like fields of advertising and marketing. Parts of toms river border lakewood with a large and growing orthodox community. As they look to find new homes for the families they are aggravating people in toms river. Signs like this can be seen, because of aggressive realtors looking for homes. They will drive down the street and knock on all the doors. Toms river residents, like barb dont want to be intimidated any strong arm tactics. They have recently enacted a no knock orderance. If the only reason not to sell is because they are jewish, that is against the freedom of religion we have in this conversation. Lakewoods deputy mayor dismisses. That i dont think anyone is trying to take over toms river. But there will be people that will be moving in there and other townships but im assuming in peaceful way. Ackerman says that Real Estate Agents should not be made to feel they are forced to leave their homes. Do they want muslims not to live here or blacks or just the Orthodox Jewish culture. To me the racist. For the second time this month, antisematic graffiti was found at tom rivers river wood park and a bench was defaced with the words jews go back to lakewood.
