It proved to be a big mistake. It was just maybe 10 seconds that the baby was crying about a certain toy. She runs back into the business to get that toy and in matter of seconds the car is gone. Opening statements got under way in the damages phase of that 2013 deadly Building Collapse in center city. A jury is tasked with deciding how much the Salvation Army and five other defendants will have to pay for the collapse that killed seven people and injured 12 others.
