And it took hours but police finally converged in warrington and people called 911 saying they too had seen selby during the morning hours. We brought in three k9 and we waited him out and had the dogs go in and flush him out. Authorities made the arrest at 12 45 this afternoon after finding selby hiding in bushes at county line road and drive. He was on the run after escaping from a transport vehicle after being arrested for failure to appear on a drug charge and his father daniel selby sr. Was arrested for allegedly helping his son escape from authorities. The 65yearold selby faces charges including eluding apprehension. Neighbors are just glad it is over. This has been seen across the globe over the last 24 hours it shows a teenager punching a mentally challenged man for no reason and now the teens in the clip have been identified. Reporter sharrie, police have three of those juveniles in custody ranging in age from 12 to 15, they are looking for a fourth a 15yearold boy in connection with the assault on a mentally challenged man. The slow motion video posted to facebook begins with the victim looking into the camera one juvenile winding up and delivers the punch to the victims face and the other boys look on laughing and the victim reels back in pain and attempts to flee and another boy chases him and purges him in the face again. Its disturbing this male who is 38 years old was targeted because he was mentally challenged. And the a senseless ac of violence. The video is viewed millions of times since it was posted. Police were made aware of the content and determined the video was made last monday, memorial day in german town. They say that neighbors and others came forward with essential information that helped them identify the young suspects, three of them were picked up at school and police are working to arrest the 15yearold that delivered the second blow.
